Refund Policy
All deposits are non refundable but are transferable to a rescheduled appointment one time. Deposits serve to secure the appointment time and cover the artist's design and preparation work. If you cancel your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit, if you do not provide sufficient notice within 7 days of the appointment. If you do provide sufficient notice we will honour the deposit and transfer it over to the rebooked appointment. If the appointment needs to be rebooked again you will need to pay another deposit.

Proper aftercare must be followed as instructed to ensure optimal healing and results.

Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian who can provide valid identification.
