Refund Policy

Hey there!
All deposits non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment one time.
We take these deposits to hold your appointment date and show some love for the artist's prep work. If you need to cancel, make sure to give us at least 7 days notice; otherwise, the deposit will be lost. But no worries! Give us enough notice, and apply it to your new appointment. Just remember, if you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will be needed.

Booking Policy

By booking and receiving services at our studio, you and agree to the following terms:

  • All services are conducted by trained professionals adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.

  • Results may differ based on individual factors such as skin type, health, and compliance with aftercare instructions.

  • You are responsible informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.

  • Proper aftercare instructions must followed to ensure optimal healing and results.

  • Minors must be by a legal guardian who can provide valid identification.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling policies are in effect as outlined at the time of booking.
